We are a locally owned and operated kitchen in the Monterey Area. Our Owner Rachael and Chef John have worked in the food industry with a combined 30 years of experience and have worked in several farm to table restaurants across California and both trained in the culinary arts. Racheal our owner has also studied culinary management as well as worked with local farms to introduce fresh foods into the community. Erika has grown up in Monterey and managed two previous cafes in the area, she studied business at California State. We are a committed group working to bring fresh food to our community.
